The other day I was in a rush to get out the door and wasn’t very hungry but knew I needed to have something on my stomach. I also happened to have quite a bit of produce in my fridge. I am the worst about buying a ton of fruits, veggies, and salads with intentions of eating them but most of them tend to go bad and are tossed out. So I grabbed my selection of unused fruits and veggies out of the fridge and pulled out my juicer and started juicing.
I had a green apple, a pear, a cucumber, and a bowl of spinach!
Now while I like juicing I don’t find that it sticks with me for long, I’m usually hungry by the next hour. Some people do just have this as a meal. Let me tell you right now. There ain’t no way. But hey, if you can more power to you!
I can’t get over how green this juice is though! I love the color and I loved knowing that I was giving my body something that was extremely raw and healthy! So often the drinks you pick up at the store claiming to be healthy are loaded with sugars. This was naturally sweet and made me feel great!
